Our process

Our process begins by meeting with each customer to get a detailed idea of their mold requirements as well as the parts that are being molded. a quote can then be made for the final product. We will then begin to create a detailed 3D model using the latest CAD software, ensuring that the final product will be built to the highest standard, focusing on repeatability and precise plastic parts with each shot.

Our goal is to design the most efficient and precise product possible in order to meet every need for our customers to have the best product and the highest ROI possible. During our designing process we take time to make sure nothing is left out and no revisions are necessary.

Once the mold is designed and each part is precisely placed, we begin building the mold using our high precision CNC machines. The final product is then put together, checked for precise tolerances that meet industry leading standards, and delivered to the customer in a timely manner.
